The Narobovs are devoted to exploring live and living art in various forms, street interventions, theatre events, radio interventions, and interactive performances. They are known for their continuous artistic exploration, drawing inspiration from improvisation and collective work, as well as for their unmistakable style of powerful comedy and tragedy, influenced by the avant-gardes. In four years, they gained recognition both home and abroad – Kolektiv Narobov developed numerous influential projects and performed at various festivals in Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Sweden, The Netherlands, Switzerland, France, Belgium, USA and Canada. In 2007 they won the prestigious Ježek award – Slovenian National Broadcaster’s award for innovative artistic projects – for their radio intervention Big Sister.
