Listening to music, sounds, noises: this was the focus of Improv 09. Along with “Weibershow” and “Improv 09’s Search for the Super Scene”, the superb “Grand Prix de L’Improvisation” took place at the Mehringhof Theatre. The special guest Christopher Noodt from the Berlin cult band “Ohrbooten” invited to his programme, DJ Hunnicutt performed again with Crumbs and two exciting improv formats were shown at the Ratibor: on two evenings there was an improvised radio play with the professional Foley artist Peter Sandmann, and at two performances the question was "What's the groove?": impov influenced by percussionist Tilo Matschke’s imagination.
